Hi friends! My name is Axel. I am a young, handsome hound mix who was brought to Paws after I was rescued from a coyote trap. My owner was contacted but realized they couldn't provide what I require so I was surrendered Paws and am ready for a new home. I have lots of energy and love to run and play. I will need an owner with time, energy and patience to devote to exercise and training. I already know how to sit on command, but an obedience class would be a great way to teach me how to become the dog of your dreams. I have a strong desire to make you happy which should make training very easy. I get along with other dogs and have a healthy respect for cats. Older children 10 and over are okay, but nothing younger please. With a little TLC and training I will make a great new addition to your family. For more information please contact Paws.
